NB Sports was born out of passion, pain, and purpose.
Over the years, he observed a glaring gap in India’s approach to sports—where academic pressure sidelines real talent, where mental health is ignored, and where structured career paths in sports are still a luxury for most. This gap—between sports, education, and livelihood—needed a bridge. NB Sports is that bridge.
Abinash Dev
B. Tech ( Computer Science ) + MBA (IT)
our founder and director, grew up in the spiritual city of Varanasi, not just with a love for sports but with a fire in his heart to live them. A swimming champion in his early years and an all-rounder in various sports, Abinash dreamt of turning his passion into purpose. But like many young Indians, he was forced to take a different route—due to financial hardships, lack of proper guidance, and the burden of responsibilities. He entered the IT world and spent over a decade there, learning the ropes of technology and leadership. But deep down, his heart never left the field.
Supriya Vyas
PGDM, M.A. (Rural Development)
Co-founder Supriya Vyas, with 9+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, and operations, brings the backbone to our vision. She has witnessed firsthand how careers are built, and how talent often goes unnoticed due to a lack of structure, opportunity, or mentorship. At NB Sports, she leads operations, training, and development to make the platform seamless, efficient, and impactful.
Together, they’ve built www.nbsports.dgserv.com, a one-stop full-stack platform that brings the entire sports ecosystem online—products, training, career guidance, mental health support, education, and even a magazine that gives voice to budding athletes across India.
